316L stainless steel welded mesh is the same as 316 stainless steel welded mesh, but with a very low carbon content and better welding performance. Specifically, the low carbon content helps to minimize the precipitation of carbides during welding, and even in corrosive environments, 316L stainless steel welded mesh can be used without subsequent annealing of the welded joints.
Therefore, for use in welded structures or long-term high temperature environments, Cechen recommends that you choose 316L stainless steel welded mesh, but if it is used under conditions with high mechanical strength requirements and infrequent welding, we recommend that you choose 316 stainless steel welded mesh with a more advantageous price.
